EIA does not have to be complicated, but it does need a consultant with the knowledge and experience to advise what the regulations require, what the implications of case law may be, and how best to produce an Environmental Statement (ES) that is robust and fit for purpose.
We will draw upon over 25 years’ experience of EIA for major projects such as HS2 and other significant projects including water and wastewater facilities, housing and urban regeneration schemes, road and rail schemes.
We can manage your EIA and produce your ES, calling upon our network of trusted specialist consultants. We will select consultants according to the type of project and assemble a bespoke team. We can also assist with the EIA screening and scoping processes (for applicant or local planning authority) and the review of third parties’ ESs.
